Understanding FHA and Renovation Lending

Sales associates will receive a thorough introduction to HUD and FHA. By the end of the course, sales associates will be able to recognize the various types of FHA loans and their options and features as well as identify FHA buyer qualifications and criteria for FHA financing.
Renovation loan programs, such as the popular FHA 203K and its conventional loan counterpart, the Fannie Mae HomeStyle loan program are introduced to show agents how they can assist their borrowers with the purchase of REOs and foreclosures that need repairs and renovations as part of the mortgage loan.
The instructor is Sam Thompson of Metro Home Mortgage.
